Basalte has appointed of North East Rep Agency (NERA) as its manufacturer’s representative organization for the New England region to support the introduction of Basalte’s touch-sensitive keypad Sentido in the American market.
Basalte is a Belgian manufacturer of design products for the smart home. Basalte's new Sentido is a touch-sensitive keypad for Lutron Homeworks QS with a sleek and minimalistic European design made of high-grade materials like aluminum, bronze, and glass.
Teamed with Basalte’s sales force, NERA will engage architects and designers in private residential construction about the key features and advantages of Basalte’s high-end product range. NERA represents Basalte in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Sentido integrates with Lutron Homeworks QS, allowing users to intuitively control various functions such aslights, screens, and curtains. This touch-sensitive keypad has been awarded for its innovative design and functionalities by CEDIA, Residential Systems magazine, and the Chicago Athenaeum, as well as received multiple international design awards in the past few years.
