Savant has announced seamless compatibility between Savant’s smart home ecosystem and the Google Home Assistant speech-recognition engine. This new functionality gives users enhanced interaction with their Savant home.
With the new Savant/Google compatibility, users can activate Savant Scenes to control any and all of their smart home features quickly and easily, adjusting entertainment, lighting, climate controls, TVs, shading, and more with a single voice command. Setup is intuitive — users can create a Savant Scene, enable the Savant Action with the Google Assistant or Google Home App, and link their account. Google will discover Savant as an Action that can be accessed via voice command. Interfacing with Savant’s scene engine that captures personalized automation events, consumers can initiate, schedule, edit, or delete a Savant Scene while retaining Google voice functionality.
