What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
One of the most exciting trends in 2025 is the rapid growth of outdoor technology and automation. Homeowners and commercial clients alike are investing in outdoor spaces with the same passion and precision as indoor environments. Speaker manufacturers are pushing boundaries in outdoor audio, with new technologies that blend high-fidelity performance with all-weather durability. At URC, we’re expanding our ecosystem to support this lifestyle evolution through integrations with industry leaders like SunBriteTV and Furrion, enabling seamless control of outdoor displays through our Total Control system.
What will you focus on at the show?
At CEDIA 2025, URC will showcase a powerful lineup of innovations:
- URC Voice, our new proprietary voice-enabled control platform, builds on our certified integrations with Apple TV, Amazon Alexa, and Comcast Xfinity. URC Voice allows native, intuitive voice control of virtually any device within our Total Control and Complete Control systems.
- Our Total Control Accelerator software now features advanced graphical customization, empowering dealers with new icons, backgrounds, and personalization tools for residential and commercial installs.
- We’re introducing the LT-3400 in-wall keypad, enhancing our lighting lineup with Z-Wave networking and customizable control. It complements integrations with trusted lighting partners such as Lutron and Black Nova.
- Our HDA (High-Definition Audio) platform continues to evolve, offering built-in DSP, ducking/paging, and studio-grade sound. Thanks to a new partnership with Netgear, URC can now deliver scalable, high-performance audio distribution with even greater reliability.
- URC Essentials is making automation more accessible than ever, delivering scalable solutions for entry-level markets starting at just $1000 MSRP. Plus, our new MRA-DUO extender brings powerful infrared and Bluetooth control in a compact, affordable form.
- We’re also announcing new integrations with Axion Lighting, BluOS, Furrion, Hisense, Jellyfish Lighting, Network Thermostats, SunBrite, and Wiim, continuing our mission to create a versatile, open platform.
