After a six-year hiatus, B&K returns this fall under new ownership. The brand has been reimagined for 2016 with unique solutions for custom installation, home theater, and multi-room audio.

“We back,” said Barry Wosk, president of B&K AV Ltd. “The industry missed us. We’re happy to embrace the original company’s philosophies under new leadership.”

A total of seven models will be available at launch beginning in November and the next round of models are already in development for release early 2017. Planned products include amplifiers, integrated amplifiers, and soundbars.

B&K will also be sold globally. Available in North America exclusively through sister company Sound Developments, distribution partners are already signed up in 10 additional countries, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Australia. The company hopes to be available in more than 30 countries by year-end.

“Integrators looking for unique, reliable electronics and speaker solutions should look no further,” continued Wosk. “Our products have been developed specifically for the demands of today’s integrated systems.”

More information will be released at a press conference on Wednesday, September 14th in Dallas, TX at CEDIA 2016. B&K will also exhibit at the show in the Sound Developments booth #1700.
