Anuva Automation, manufacturer of TiO home automation products, has partnered with Shenandoah Homes to include TiO as a standard in its new home lineup for 2017.
Through the partnership with Shenandoah Homes, TiO will be included in 75 percent of homes constructed in the upcoming year. Shenandoah Homes will provide customers with a standard package including lighting, thermostat, and security control included in each home, with the opportunity to add more features, such as additional lighting, door locks, garage door and/or audio, to their home. Shenandoah Homes, as of late December, had control of more than 1,000 housing lots in seven communities in various stages of construction in Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties and plans to close 200 homes or more in the greater Raleigh metro area in the coming year.
