McClintock joins Crestron from Hunter Douglas where he was regional sales manager. McClintock will expand the total market demand for Crestron residential control and home automation solutions by fostering relationships with interior designers, architects and home builders. McClintock will also develop new customers and expand market segments, including lighting control.

"We continue to see tremendous growth in the residential market. As an industry veteran, we look to Scott to facilitate more collaboration between key technology influencers and Crestron," said Dave Sell, Crestron regional director. "Bringing Scott on board demonstrates our commitment to expanding the residential market and bringing seamless integrated technology to more homes in the western U.S. region."

McClintock brings 20+ years of experience in the custom electronics industry, specializing in lighting control solutions. He began his career at Amtech Lighting Services in an operations and sales support role. He spent 10 years at General Electric as account manager of the lighting division before joining Lutron Electronics. There, he managed lighting control and window treatment sales to the CEDIA channel in the western region.

"Crestron has earned its reputation as the industry leader in home controls," said McClintock. "No other company manufactures a solution to control everything from AV to environmental systems, while managing rising energy costs, from end to end. I am thrilled to join this world class organization."
