ProSource launched its new member services portal today. The portal delivers information, services, and tools designed to assist member businesses strengthen and grow.
“Our strategy is to deliver the information our members require to make informed decisions and tightly manage their business,” said Dave Workman, president and CEO of ProSource. “Along with our dedicated regional team we are able to engage each member on a one-on-one basis to maximize their profitability.”
Member benefit reviews include one-on-one collaboration between the member and the ProSource district manager. These sessions deliver a quantifiable analysis of revenue and opportunities to further maximize returns. Going beyond purchases and rebates, the one-on-one review shows members the total profit opportunity of engaging with vendor brands.
Highlights of the portal include vendor purchase and rebate information, vendor programs, promotions, and new product announcements. ProSource vendors also receive a dedicated page on the site aggregating key information such as sales, training, and marketing tools.
The member services portal was launched in early February and will be featured at the ProSource Summit at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, Florida where marketing director, Kathleen Marini, will be giving members live walk-throughs.
